From school sign-up to printed report card in four steps

We open your school’s portal
Digital Switch creates your school account. Your administrator gets an email link, sets a password and adds your logo, classes and subjects.

Your school invites teachers
Add teachers one by one or from a spreadsheet. Each teacher gets their own link to finish registering and sees only the classes you assign.

Teachers register students, enter scores and mark attendance
Teachers add students, type or upload CA and exam scores, and take the daily register. Each student gets a link to their own portal.

Students see results and print report cards
Once scores are published, students log in to see results and attendance. Schools, teachers and students can all print the report card.

Questions schools ask
Do teachers and students need to be good with computers?
No. Each person gets a link by email, sets a password and lands on a simple page with only what they need. Scores can be typed in or uploaded from Excel.
What if a student has no email address?
Use a parent’s email, or leave it blank. The registration link appears on screen so the teacher can share it by WhatsApp or SMS. Students then sign in with their admission number.
Can students see scores before they are ready?
No. Scores stay as drafts until the teacher or school publishes them. Results can also be unpublished to make a correction.
Can a report card be forged?
Every report card has a unique verification code and QR code. Anyone can check it on the verification page, which shows the real scores recorded by the school.
Can we use our own grading and score split?
Each school sets its own CA and exam marks (for example 20 + 20 + 60) in School settings. Report cards use the school’s logo and colour.
